ABOUT THE JOB

As a Leadership, Training and Development Support Officer you will be responsible to provide training and delivery support within the Leadership and Talent function for all programmes and the roll out of My Career.

The post holder will travel when required to support the roll out of leadership and talent development and My Career to all Divisions and Departments in Police Scotland and support all areas of P&D on an adhoc basis at times of high demand.


ABOUT YOU

You will be qualified to HND level in a discipline such as Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Change Management, Learning and Development, or Adult Learning or relevant experience working within an OD/HR environment.

You will also have experience in the delivery of training.

This full time post is temporary for 18 months and requires Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
