ABOUT THE JOB

To undertake the planning and briefing of property specific projects from inception, aimed at meeting Police Scotland requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time, to budget and to the required quality.

ABOUT YOU

You will hold a degree in Architecture or membership of an appropriate professional body, either RIBA or RIAS; membership of RICS and relevant degree in building related discipline; and considerable post-graduate experience in architectural related work.

You will be experience in using AutoCAD (computer generated drawing system), IT literate, with substantial relevant experience in the building sector.

This full time post is permanent and will require Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
