Oban, Lorn and the Isles
£34,002 - £40,001 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Based in Oban
Fixed term contract until 31 March 2023
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our Oban, Lorn and the Isles housing management teams.
The primary objective of this post is to ensure that the Association provides high quality tenancy, information and advice and estate management services to our local communities. To achieve this, excellent performance and people management skills are required along with a strong ethos towards achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
The post covers the management of two local offices along with 4 Sheltered Housing complexes spread across a large geographic area which includes 11 Islands.
This post requires the successful application to: -
· Hold the Chartered Institute of Housing level 4 Diploma in Housing
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- Have access to a vehicle insured for business use
- The post-holder will be required to undergo a Disclosure Scotland Check (PVG scheme).
The following qualifications would be desirable for this post, but not essential;
· Hold or be prepared to hold SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care
· Hold or be prepared to hold the SVQ Care Services Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10
- Be Registered or be prepared to become registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
