Location: Can be based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute and includes hybrid working


Due to an upcoming retirement, and to support our ambitious Transformational Change activities, Argyll Community Housing Association has two new and exciting posts available.


We are seeking to recruit two highly motivated individuals to work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisational and people capability, and to shape and implement effective people strategies and activities across the ACHA Group.

Working as part of a team, your role will be to support organisational change, and organisational development activities, to drive forward the Group transformation strategy, supporting people to learn, develop and take full advantage of the opportunities available to them. This activity will include delivery of a new employee experience strategy and supporting culture change across the Group.

You will possess strong relationship building, negotiation, mediation and interpersonal skills, and have a sound knowledge of best practice approaches to HR. Ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards a CIPD qualification. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
