Barnardo's Caern Project deliver a variety of quality services for young people with learning disabilities and/or autism. 

We are recruiting Night Shift Project Workers to support young people with learning disabilities and/or autism and their families/carers to achieve positive outcomes.

Working primarily in the residential setting you will promote the happiness, safety and welfare of the young people during short breaks.

Ideally you will have experience working with young people and the required qualifications for full registration as a residential child care worker with the SSSC or willingness to work towards them. 

Shifts are 10 hours per night. 10pm to 8am shifts will be allocated on a rota basis.

It is anticipated that Residential Project Workers (Nights) will work either 1, 2 or 3 nights per week including weekends.

(Posts of 1, 2 or 3 nights per week will be considered.)
