Barnardo's Aberdeen Children's Services are looking to recruit a full time Team Manager to support the delivery of high quality services to young people, children and families in Aberdeen. 

The successful candidate will work alongside the service manager to promote professional development of staff, better outcomes for service users and develop relationships with partner agencies.

The role involves working across our well established services including Young People's Housing and Homelessness Service, RAFT, BAYI and Northern Star. This will be a varied and challenging role so we are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant qualification in Social Work or equivalent
  • Knowledge/skills and experience of working with children and families with a range of complex needs and issues including child protection.
  • Experience of working in partnership with a range of agencies.
  • Experience of supervising staff, volunteers or students.
