An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance Team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the post of Finance Officer. The postholder will be responsible for providing a broad range of technical, reporting and analytical financial support to senior colleagues within the Finance function and to the broader organisation.
Your significant practical experience should include a comprehensive knowledge of financial procedures and accounting techniques. Duties include assisting the Finance Manager with the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements, Management Accounts, Budgets, monthly budget monitoring reports and value-added analysis to budget holders.
Advanced ability in Excel is a must and you will have a track record of accuracy and working to tight deadlines. Experience of process improvement and modernisation within a Finance function, and supporting a business partner model will also be an advantage.
