We are keen to find an experienced senior HR lead to partner with our Directorates and provide HR expertise as well as driving and deliver new approaches and ways of working to benefit CHAS. The role is offered on a temporary 12 month contract basis and will be based in Edinburgh with travel across Scotland to other CHAS

Working as part of our established HR team, a key priority will be to role-model and use your HR expertise and coaching capability with line managers to help to create and sustain a positive employee relations climate which promotes CHAS’s core values and ambition.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of Scotland’s leading charities and all we ask is that you tick the following boxes. You are educated to postgraduate degree level (or equivalent experience), CIPD qualified, experienced in HR Business Partnering and have experience of leading employee relations and health and wellbeing initiatives. Leading change programmes won’t be something that fazes you and working collaboratively with an excellent communication skill set will be second nature to you.
