Improvement Lead

Community Justice Scotland are looking to recruit for the role of Improvement Lead. The role will involve supporting the Community Justice Partnerships across Scotland in the design and implementation of the community justice model. This will include working with local and national partners to develop the evidence base to underpin strategic plans and improvement activity in order to achieve community justice outcomes. A crucial element of the role will be to establish and manage strong relationships and work with a broad range of partners both nationally and locally. We are looking for someone with excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with a deep understanding of the complexities within the Community Justice Sector, who has a passion for improving outcomes for people.
