Operational Manager (including management of CYP service)
The Operational Manager post is an appointment to the Edinburgh Women's Aid (EWA) management team. Reporting to the CEO, the Operational Manager is required to ensure that EWA provides a professional and consistent service to women, children and young people accessing our services. The operational manager is responsible for managing crisis, refuge and outreach services for women and children, provided as part of the core services of EWA. Responsibilities of the post include management of day-to-day operations; staff management; developing and sustaining external relationships with partners and funders; monitoring and reporting on service delivery; and active participation in the leadership of EWA.
