An exciting opportunity has arisen for three Support Workers to join our dedicated team, working with children and young people who have caring responsibilities in Fife.
We are looking for creative and energetic individuals, with experience of working with vulnerable young people aged up to 25 years.
The post holders will be responsible for the provision of Young Carers Statements to children and young people in Fife. The post holders will provide direct support to young carers and provide training to other agencies regarding the provision of Young Carers Statements.
