Glasgow Women's Aid provides information, support and temporary accommodation for women, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse. Our services include a crisis support service, refuge accommodation, a follow on service for women and children leaving refuge and an outreach service for both women and children. During 2014-15 we provided support to over 2,000 women, 600 of who were living in our refuges. Over 200 children and young people were supported through our service. We also have a Play Therapy Service, Psychodrama Psychotherapy Service and we run the Children Experiencing Domestic Abuse Recovery (CEDAR) program. In our organisation we have a range of support roles in both our women's and children service. We also have finance, HR, training, admin and health and safety roles within our main office. We have a total of 43 workers and board of Charity Trustees who lead the strategic direction of the organisation.
