The Grampian Assessor & Electoral Registration Officer is looking for an experienced IT professional with proven hands-on experience in the use of relational database management systems and SQL. Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports desirable although training can be provided if necessary.

You will be working in a small team supporting in-house, mainly Oracle based, IT systems development and on-going systems maintenance. Good communications skills are required. You must display initiative in undertaking day-to-day duties, have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team and operate with the minimum of supervision. You must have good organisational skills and show the ability to prioritise workloads.

Applicants should ideally hold a Degree/Diploma in Computing or a related discipline, or have extensive practical experience.
