We are excited to be recruiting for the new post of Care Trainer and we are looking for the perfect candidate to join our Organisational Services team, supporting the development needs of our Care team in achieving a well-trained, professional workforce to fulfil our customer service requirements.
You will have knowledge of delivering training in a similar environment and have an understanding of training needs analysis, training evaluation, organising events and demonstrate a capability to influence management and build strong relationships.
A background in housing or working within the Care Inspectorate frameworks would be great or working to equivalent standards. You will also be able to demonstrate a compliance based approach whilst being assertive, creative and have an eye for detail. We are looking for an outgoing person with excellent presentation skills who enjoys training and developing others.
