Who are we?

Kibble is Scotland’s specialist provider of services for at risk children and young people. By providing a range of integrated services, we help build positive futures for children and young people aged 5 plus, with complex social, emotional and educational needs.

Young people are referred to Kibble via local authorities when mainstream education has not been effective in meeting their needs. Many young people have experienced bullying, conflict, truancy, and below average attainment. Our aim is to reverse this pattern, providing an inspiring education programme with supportive teaching, to help pupils achieve, while developing valuable employability and life skills.

To maintain the standard of our provision, we require dedicated and inspirational staff to add value to our high-quality team. The successful candidate will therefore possess the skills and enthusiasm to develop innovative ways of engaging young people in learning in a variety of contexts.
