About Us

Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Kingdom Housing Association is the parent organisation within the Kingdom Group.


The Chief Executive’s Department provides organisational support services including governance, compliance, board support and communications across the Kingdom Group of companies.


About the Role

We’re passionate about doing the right thing; you will support the Senior Management team in ensuring the companies within the Kingdom Group meet legal and regulatory compliance obligations. We need you to continue to promote the development of a strong governance and compliance culture across all companies of the Kingdom Group.


About You

You will be an excellent verbal and written communicator with prior experience in a compliance role and worked closely with a governing body. You will understand the importance of legal and regulatory compliance in ensuring trust in an organisation with knowledge and prior experience of compliance with data protection, freedom of information and procurement legislation.


You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
