Property and Health & Safety Manager

We are looking for someone to lead, develop and manage our property maintenance and deliver the planned and proactive maintenance and asset management programme across the Company’s venues, ensuring they remain open, fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.

This role is critical in ensuring our buildings and processes are safe for customers and staff alike and therefore you’ll lead the Company’s Health & Safety Management ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and you will establish a robust regime of safety across the Company through support, mentoring and scrutiny of venue and service managers.

In addition, you will develop and roll out proactive environmental policies and good practices in relation to sustainability efforts and contribute to our work to reduce energy, carbon and water consumption and other environmental concerns.
