Job Title: Communications Adviser (Media & Campaigns)

Salary: £25,823 - £30,209 (Band C)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday- Friday)

Contract: 2 Years Fixed Term with potential for further extension

Location: National Park Headquarters, Balloch

We are looking for a brilliant Communications Adviser to join our fast-paced, driven team of communications experts and lead the National Park Authority’s media and PR activity.

With a strong background in communications/media, you will be well placed to ensure that the National Park Authority’s profile in the media remains high, positive and focused on our organisation’s priorities.

With excellent written skills, you’ll know how to tell a story to engage and inspire a range of audiences across different channels as well as having that all important eye for detail.

You’ll be a natural communicator, great at building relationships both internally, to work with colleagues to identify and develop media opportunities, and externally to develop contacts within relevant media sectors.

You’ll also be an effective forward planner, able to manage a range of projects and topics with the ability to think strategically to help align our communications with our key corporate objectives.

As well as top-notch organisational skills, you’ll also have the creative flair to lead and contribute to the development and delivery of engaging campaigns across the full range of communications channels.
