Plumber & Gas Heating Engineer (Permanent)

Grade 7, £34,869-£37,650 (plus 5.75% increase from 1 April 2023)

35 hour per week, Monday to Friday

Job purpose:

To provide a robust customer focussed repairs and maintenance service for our properties.

To organise and carry out plumbing, central heating installations, gas servicing and general maintenance to a high standard of efficiency, safety and aim to achieve the right results first time.

Essential criteria:

  • Relevant work experience to be fully competent plumbing and gas heating engineer.
  • Qualified plumbing and heating engineer (Gas Safe Registered).
  • Valid CPA1 Certificate of Competence.
  • Current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, WAT1 and CEN1.
  • Understanding of (1) health & safety, (2) repairs and maintenance, and (3) asbestos management.
