Scotland Excel is the Centre of Procurement Expertise for local government in Scotland. About the role

As a Senior Procurement Specialist (Projects), you will be required to use your knowledge of procurement and contract development to assist in the delivery of local authority based projects for Scotland Excel. Your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills will strengthen relationships with our local authority partners and your commercial approach will maximise the value delivered by providers. You will get the best from colleagues working with you to deliver collaborative contracts. This post resides within Scotland Excel however will involve working with a range of local authorities to deliver best value contracts for their local areas.
