Salary: £21,638 - £26,903 dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience (plus an annual supplement of £3000 and on-call allowance)

Our Plumbing and Heating Maintenance Engineers provide a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service for all mechanical systems and plant, for example plumbing, BEMS, heating and ventilation systems. We will invest in your development to allow you to learn and apply new skills, which can include development of your career into management roles. There will be a requirement for you to periodically work on call hours, and you may need to travel to other establishments and areas.

If you have the following, we would like to hear from you:

· Served a recognised apprenticeship and have obtained a qualification in plumbing or heating and ventilation or mechanical building services to a minimum of SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

· Experience of mechanical services, plumbing and heating services maintenance in an industrial/commercial environment

· Sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and Safe Systems of Work

· An ability to make decisions and problem solve

· An ability to interpret from drawings, instructions and specifications
