Sistema Scotland is seeking to recruit a Fundraising Officer to join our central team based in Raploch, Stirling (working from home initially, due to current Scottish Government guidance).

You will work with our small Fundraising team to maximise income from funders through preparing innovative and compelling applications and reports, supporting Sistema Scotland to deliver its Big Noise programmes. You will maintain excellent relationships with funders and partners, meeting all application and reporting deadlines and ensuring that funders are kept fully engaged and informed on developments within the organisation.

Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience), you will have experience of raising significant income for charities, and composing complex and compelling applications to trusts and foundations. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of managing relationships with funders and stakeholders. Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Access thankQ (or a similar fundraising CRM), are also essential.

This is a permanent post, working 2.5 days a week (days of work to be confirmed).
