“SPACE (Supported Physical Activity for Care Experienced) is an innovative project that uses the positive benefits of sport and physical activity to impact health and wellbeing and support care experienced children and young people to reach their full potential. Primarily supporting children and young people on a 1-2-1 basis, we’re looking for someone who has great people skills; to build positive relationships and to motivate and encourage children and young people to access activities. This post will have a varied remit, taking a child centred approach to deliver and support access to activities, enjoy walks and talks and supporting the wider Active Schools team.”
