St Mary’s Kenmure is a secure facility that offers a controlled, safe and secure environment for the care and education of young people who are referred from the Courts and Children’s Hearings. Young people from all over Scotland and England come to St Mary’s. We care for 24 young people, in four house units each housing 6 young people

Each young person is entitled to and will receive a high standard of care from a team of experienced and qualified staff who strive to meet their needs and ensure their health and safety.  We also offer a wide range of academic and vocational subjects to allow our young people to learn and develop during their stay, along with a variety of recreational facilities including a seven aside football pitch, gymnasium, fitness suite and a swimming pool.

For the role of Night Shift Coordinator, we are looking for a dynamic, inspiring individual to join our team. You must have a range of both Professional and Personal qualities. You must be self-motivated, work well in a team, with an ability to work independently. Being open minded and having the ability to listen and be sympathetic is crucial to this role. The Night Shift Coordinator will support the development and practice of the night shift employees.   We are looking for someone who has the strength to cope with challenging situations. You must hold a HNC, SVQ3 Children and Young People, and an SVQ 4 (or be working towards it). You must be registered or eligible to be registered with the SSSC.  Please do not apply if you do not hold the correct Educational Qualifications.

The salary for this post is £35,639 per annum and based on 37 hours per week.
