Job Description

Post 1 - 25.5 hours per week (Meadow Centre, Dumbarton)

Post 2 - 16.25 hours per week (Vale of Pool, Alexandria)

**These are part-time posts and the salary will be pro rata to the number of hours worked.**

West Dunbartonshire leisure are looking to recruit two part time Fitness Attendants to work in the Meadow Centre Dumbarton and the Vale Pool Alexandria. Applicants must be level 2 gym instructor qualified although level three personal training would also be an advantage along with group fitness qualifications.

Experience of working in a busy leisure environment is essential along with excellent
customer care skills.


This post is considered as Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here.

Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
