We are looking for Health and Wellbeing Managers to join our teams, supporting staff to deliver positive outcomes and make a real difference to individuals’ lives.

The role is both challenging and rewarding.

As the registered manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of all elements of service provision, including implementing policies, procedures, standards, and overseeing practices.

You will have responsibility to ensure the best care and support is delivered to the people we work for, as well as play a lead role in supporting and developing the staff team.

You will ensure the support work of service staff is co-ordinated in an effective manner, while participating in direct work with the people we work for.

You will have experience of working with people within care and support services along with an understanding of monitoring and evaluating the quality of service provision and staff support and supervision.

A SSSC - recognised qualification such as SVQ4 Health and Social Care, with a commitment to achieving a relevant management qualification within an agreed timescale is essential.

You will become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme for Adults.
