Reception and Administration Worker (Part Time)

We have a vacancy for a part time Reception and Administration Worker who will work with the Business Administration Team Leader in the efficient, safe and effective operation of the reception area. The successful candidate will provide a consistently high standard of professionalism when hosting Board and Service Members, staff and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, in line with Stepping Stones values, aspirations and goals in a key customer facing role. They will also provide administration support across Stepping Stones databases, social media channels and appointment booking systems.

This role requires some flexibility and the successful candidate may occasionally be required to work in the evening. Stepping Stones is proactive in its recruitment of people with lived experience of mental health problems and we welcome applications from all sections of the community.

Salary £23000 - £25000 (pay award pending - pro rata)
