Out of school service Deputy Manager

BOSS are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager. This position is a permanent contract with a competitive rate of pay and staff benefits. As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for creating a fun, creative, dynamic and safe environment for our children during out of school hours which sees an average of 16 children in breakfast club and 30 children after school. This leadership role will require the successful candidate to lead our breakfast club provision and support the club manager in leading after school club and holiday clubs including assisting in administrative tasks. The successful candidate must hold the minimum requirement qualification SVQ3 Social Services Children and Young People or the equivalent.

Pay rate starts at £12.50p/h depending on experience. Experience working with children aged 4 - 12 years is preferred and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are desirable.
