Job Description
Based at either:
Bellevue House, Springfield Terrace, Arbroath working 18.5 hours per week;
County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar working 36.25 hours per week;
or
Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath working 36.25 hours per week.
This job is workstyle 3 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user’s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
Excellent opportunities have arisen within our Business Support service. We support various services across the council, completing a varied range of tasks.
These positions are predominately supporting our Children and Families Social Work teams and these are busy and comprehensive roles for which training will be provided. Duties will include data entry, minute taking, processing, managing inboxes, dealing with telephone enquiries and petty cash.
