Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 5 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. Whilst there is an expectation for some office-based collaborative work, the post will mainly be home based.
An opportunity exists to become part of Angus Council’s Applications Support Team within the Digital Enablement and IT service. The role will be responsible for assisting in the administration, support and improvement of the council’s core business systems with primary responsiblity for the recently acquired Civica Cx Housing Asset Management Application.
The role requires an understanding of application/business system administration, data management and reporting, as well as how to develop application capability in line with digital process reviews. Initial involvement will be as a key member of the project delivery team to implement the application before transitioning it through to Business as Usual when you will provide quality customer service and support/training for day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be motivated and can foster good working relationships with colleagues and customers to collectively achieve the Council’s direction and ambition.
