Job Description
Based at County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 2b - Fixed.
In this workstyle work is regularly undertaken at a fixed point within council premises. There is no requirement for out of office working. You will have a guaranteed shared desk and you will work where the service is needed to meet customer demands.
You will provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Older People's Team.
Main duties will be to provide support for Adult Support & Protection meetings, minute taking and organising meetings but will also include using various Microsoft Office packages.
You will also be required to input data to the client index systems (Eclipse and EMIS), CareFirst (care package recording system), PECOS (ordering system). In addition, you will receive Adult Protection Calls via One Contact Centre, telephone duties, filing, petty cash, photocopying and all other general office duties.
