Job Description
Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 5 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
You will be part of a team involved in the collection of rent and rent arrears.
You will deal with enquiries following the issue of formal notices and will be required to communicate effectively, often in difficult circumstances in order to maximize collection levels and deal with queries via telephone, email or in writing.
Please note interviews will be held in the week commencing 2 November.
