Based at the White Top Centre, you will work part time, 20 hours per week. Split shift 8.30-10.30 and 15.00-17.00

You will have 3 National 4's or relevant work experience.Responsibilities
You will have individual responsibility in accordance with practices and procedures of the local authority for service users while transporting them to social work, educational, leisure, recreational and community establishments.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for the general maintenance, safety and security of the establishment, vehicles and grounds as directed to ensure optimum state of repair and safety for use.The Individual
You will have driving experience and a full driving licence, including D1 category.
You will have experience of working with people, good verbal communication and good inter-personal skills. You will have the ability to carry out minor repairs and maintenance within the building and the grounds.
You will be flexible, able to work on own initiative. You will have ability to work as part of a team, willingness to learn and willingness to undertake appropriate training, including Council's mini bus driving test.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
