Job Description

Based in 20 City Square, you will work full time, 37 hours per week. You will provide a full Registration Service to members of the public by using the appropriate computerised registration record system inputting and amending historical records and ensuring all registration procedures are adhered to. Requirements

You will have 3 National 4s, to include English and Maths.

Responsibilities

You will be first point of contact for and facilitate all customers and members of the public using the registrars office and provide full specialist administrative and data support to the city registrar and his/her assistants.

The Individual

You will be proficient in the use of computer software, including Excel and Word and have experience of working with the customers. You will have good organisational, communication and numerical skills along with the ability to learn quickly. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks taking into account imposed deadlines. The ability to work as part of team, with minimum supervision and flexible attitude is also essential.
