Job Purpose

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure Trust, the Customer Experience Assistant will prepare and deliver a wide range of planned programmes, activities and events contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework, the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the Trust’s Strategic Vision and Delivery Plan. Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay = £13.59 - £14.26 Please see the attached work pattern for hours of work. PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary position from 31st October 2024 - 30th June 2025
