Role Summary:
Job Purpose:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership across the HR function with a focus on operational sustainability and driving cultural transformation.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the business, and with key stakeholders. Utilise a business partnering approach to ensure efficient delivery of outcomes.
- Provide professional guidance and support across all HR services, up to and including Board level.
- Provide research, analysis, and project management expertise to support the organisation in achieving key objectives.
- Lead reviews on HR systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure best practice and compliance.
You Must Have:
- Chartered membership of the CIPD.
- Experience of operating at Senior HR level.
