Do you enjoy working with people? We have an exciting opportunity for the right person. This is a Housing Officer role within the Mobile Housing Team based in Pullar House. You will work as part of a small team and will report to the Team Leader. You will support the Locality teams in providing a comprehensive housing management service to tenants and residents across Perth & Kinross. You will help to create vibrant, attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods and communities. You will ensure that tenants are comfortable, supported and secure in their homes and provide accurate and relevant advice and guidance to help tenants to manage and sustain their tenancies. Services you will provide in your area include estate management; rent accounting and arrears control; tenancy management including addressing anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes; housing advice, assistance and information. You are required to have excellent IT skills and be competent and comfortable using all Microsoft Office packages but specifically Word, Outlook and Excel as well.
You will work Monday to Friday from 8.45am-5pm but will participate in a flexi scheme. For purposes of connection and collaboration with colleagues and with the community we serve, our full-time employees work on site for a minimum of 2 days per week with the arrangements for part time employees being agreed on a basis which will ensure that they benefit to an equivalent degree. The Individual

Applicants should ideally hold a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3/4 Certificate/Diploma in Housing Practice or relevant equivalent; have experience of working in housing and or related environment; be computer literate with proven IT skills. You must hold a clean current driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work use to undertake this role.
