As part of a team, you will perform maintenance tasks throughout the Kinross area such as street sweeping, refuse and litter collection.  Also, from time-to-time other tasks may be required to be undertaken such as clearing litter, dirt leaves and weeds and any other ES duties in any part of the Council area as directed.  In addition, duties may also involve providing cover at civic amenity sites and for refuse collection loading as requested by supervisory staff.  

These duties will require the use and operation of the usual range of associated tools and equipment.

As part of a team, you will perform maintenance tasks throughout the Kinross area and any other Environment & Infrastructure Service's tasks as and when required.

The working pattern is 36 hours per week: Tuesday to Friday 07:30hrs – 17:00hrs

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

You must be able to carry out the physical demands of the post and be able to communicate effectively with team members and the public.  

You must be a team player who understands the importance of good morale and proactively pursues good professional relationships with colleagues.

Desirable

A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
