NOTE: The start date for this position will not commence prior to 1 April 2025

Please note that the annual salary advertised is for a full-time role, based on 35.00/37.00 hours per week. If the position you are applying for is part time or you are only going to be working part of the year, i.e., a term time contract for 38 or 39 weeks per year, the annual salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis including a number of additional weeks for annual leave entitlement when the position is term time.

Role Purpose

To provide a range of support to the Schools Management team, through administering, organising, assessing and processing information.

Carry out a range of activities using prescribed procedures which assist in providing solutions to support business needs which are aligned to Council policies.

Provide confidential support in line with procedures and guidelines.

Provide high standards of customer care.

Handle general enquiries by acting as an initial point of contact for customers, where possible answering enquiries or passing them on to relevant member of staff to ensure that the enquiry is dealt with appropriately and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Essential

Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English
