Job Description

Job Title: Night Support Support Supervisor

Location: Saltgreens Residential Home, Eyemouth

Hours: 10.25

Salary: £13.60 - £14.73 per hour

£24,826.73 - 26,888.97 pro rata per annum

Qualifications: SVQ 3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential. You can earn whilst you learn!

Training: All training is provided.

Requirements: PVG Adults – we will do this for you! SSSC registered.

The Role

Providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we care for.

The night support supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe delivery of care and support to service users residing within the care home and for ensuring safety and security of service users and staff within the building.

This role will involve supporting staff to provide a high standard of care to service users and to be the lead member of staff when dealing with critical unplanned events which involve contacting Out of Hours Managers and/or emergency services
