To provide an assessment and care management to people experiencing mental illness who are in patients in Lindean ward (older adults who have functional Mental illness) and Borders Specialist dementia unit(older adults with organic mental illnesses ). To provide individual support to patients and carers where this assessment is required. To deliver these services in accordance with current legislation and council policies, procedures and standards. We are a part of integrated team community mental health , it is a social work role within a small but busy team. The team are supportive and commited to providing excellent social work to community.Essential
Professional Social Work/Nursing qualification.
Registration with SSSC.
A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post.*
