Job Description
What is the role?
The Audio Visual (AV) Technician provides Level 1 (front-line) support for all audio-visual equipment including audio, video, SmartBoards and ICT equipment. Provides excellent customer service for users requesting support or services through all available contact channels (face-to-face, telephone, email, online). Quickly analysing and resolving calls or escalating as appropriate.

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 7; the hourly rate is from £16.61 to £18.03 and the annual salary is from £30,313 to £32,905.

The successful candidate will primarily work from home with occasional travel within the South Ayrshire area. Frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
