Job Description
What is the role?
Responsible for the provision of effective Payroll Salary Sacrifice advice and guidance and ongoing development of the Council’s Salary Sacrifice schemes through the establishment and delivery of payroll procedures, processes and specialist support that contribute to a consistent and high-quality service provision to our customers. Close liaison and engagement with Benefit Providers to identify and implement service improvements and new Salary Sacrifice initiatives.

The Grade of these posts are Grade 2 / Level 8; the hourly rate is from £18.52 to £20.18 and the annual salary is from £33,799 to £36,828.
