The Signs of Safety framework has been fully embraced and has driven an improved culture of care, kindness and love for our Children and Young People. You will be part of a team, organisation and culture that is fully committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.

We have an approachable management culture who strive to be supportive, inclusive and child centred by prioritising effective supervision, manageable caseloads and promote a healthy work life balance.

In return, we would invite applications from candidates who are enthusiastic, passionate, motivated, and committed to providing a high standard of support to young people and their families to keep them together and/or connected in the safest way possible. You will have a sound value base, excellent communication and report writing skills and a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the children and families social work role and responsibilities.
