Job Description
Fixed Term until 30th September 2024.
An exciting opportunity has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual, with strong organisational skills, to undertake financial assessments for service users being admitted to 24 hour residential/nursing care in accordance with predetermined procedures, working to targets and deadlines.
You will also be involved in liaising with social work staff and family members of those service users being admitted to care setting therefore it is essential you possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of customer care.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent IT skills and your knowledge of Swis, Civica, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
This role demands that you have the ability, to organise and prioritise workload in an effective way and to respond and adapt to changing priorities required in delivering a quality service.
