At Social Flock, we believe everyone deserves access to clothing as a basic human right. By embracing preloved fashion, we’re reducing waste and fighting the climate crisis while meeting the needs of our community. In 2023 alone, we delivered over 1,400 clothing packs—and demand for our services continues to grow.
We’re looking for a Clothing Library Project Manager to lead and expand our Clothing Library Project throughout 2025. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a life-changing initiative, working closely with local partners, volunteers, and our passionate team.

You’ll oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the Clothing Library Project, ensuring it aligns with Social Flock’s mission and values. From managing volunteers to building partnerships and engaging the community, you’ll play a key role in driving our "second-hand as first choice" ethos across Perthshire.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and delivery of our Clothing Library Project.
- Build strong partnerships with local organisations, schools, and community groups.
- Inspire Perthshire residents to embrace climate action through events and advocacy.
- Manage and develop a fantastic team of volunteers, creating opportunities for training and upskilling.
- Promote Social Flock through social media, newsletters, and community engagement.
- Oversee project budgets and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- A passionate, driven individual with experience in project management, community engagement, or volunteer coordination.

- A skilled multitasker who can manage budgets, timelines, and priorities effectively.
- Someone committed to social justice and sustainability who’s ready to make an impact.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a forward-thinking, innovative charity tackling clothing poverty and climate change.
- Work with a passionate team that values creativity, collaboration, and community.
- Lead a project that makes a tangible difference in people’s lives.
- Flexible working opportunities in a dynamic, community-focused environment.
- Hours of work: 28 hours per week, flexible working in line with project demands. This may include unsociable hours including evening and weekend work.
- Contract Status: Fixed-Term Contract for 1 Year
- Location of Work: Social Flock Hub in Perth Centre, home working and various partnership hubs across Perthshire in line with project demands.
- Responsible To: Social Flock Board of Trustees
- Responsible For: Clothing Library Donation and Delivery Officer, Social Flock Volunteers
