Milltown Community is a small, independent, and progressive charity which has adapted, grown and is now thriving in its vision. We strive to enable adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible, to achieve their outcomes and ultimately, live their best lives.

In your role as Support Worker at Milltown, you will support tenants within their own homes and local community, to do the things they enjoy most. This could be supporting them to activities such as swimming, football games, the cinema and bowling amongst many other things.

Milltown has a lovely, relaxed environment with thriving wildlife which means, you may get a visit from some deer in the mornings. We are home to 4 Alpaca's and 3 hens. The tenants are supported to look after these animals at home and in Milltown Community Day Workshop. Milltown has so much potential and the grounds the tenants live on are bonnie, even on a bleak Scottish day.

You don’t need experience to join us here at Milton, we are looking for people who share our values, have a passion inclusion and want to support people to live healthy, happy and independent lives. If this is you, we would love to hear from you. Go on, what are you waiting for!?
