Job Description
Based within the Chief Executive’s Department, Corporate Procurement and reporting to a Procurement Officer or designated line manager you will provide support for the procurement of goods, services and works across the council and the Glasgow family.
The key responsibilities of the role will include the ability to understand the importance of a brief/scope/specification which details the key requirements, any technical needs, or any accreditations, quality marks within a tender activity.
You will also provide advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders to assist them in developing these critical elements and ensure the evaluation criteria including the commercial model recommended is in line with Scottish Government guidance.
