We are recruiting a maternity cover Project Administrator - an integral role within our organisation that will contribute to a high standard of administrative support across the our programmes of work, enabling our projects to transform the lives of individuals and communities across North East Scotland.

We are looking for an exceptional, passionate individual to join our team as Project Administrator for a fixed term of 12 months as maternity cover.

As our Project Administrator, you will work alongside the Organisational Support Team to provide a high standard of administrative support across the organisation. As well as supporting the Management Team with project specific administration across the organisation’s strands, you will assist the Senior Support Team with the collection of monitoring and evaluation data and provide support to the Finance Officer in relation to the accounts function of the organisation. 

You will also contribute to raising the profile of shmu and celebrating our work by supporting the external communication elements of the organisation, working alongside the Communications Officer to collate content for our social media channels.

You will be a passionate advocate for the work of the organisation and our aim to transform the lives of individuals and communities across North East Scotland.
