In order to help us achieve and maintain our objective we have commissioned The Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) to carry out a WCAG 2.1 AA level technical compliance audit that will also include extensive testing by users with a wide range of disabilities.

Our audit took place in January 2022. Following the audit, work was completed by the end of July 2022, and in August DAC retested the site, with minor changes made live at the end of August 2022.

In July 2024 we again commission The Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) to carry out a WCAG 2.2 AA level technical compliance audit again this included extensive testing by users with a wide range of disabilities. The audit results have been shared with us and work now ongoing to make minor changes to reach this compliance level.
